There is only one judge of honor and that is oneself. The decisions you make and the way you carry them out are a reflection of ones character.

Jin - benevolence

The skills obtained in life must be used for the good of all. At every opportunity, one must help his fellow man. If an opportunity does not arise, go out and find one.

Karate is not just a few hours a week learning to block, kick and punch. Through self-disciplined training, one learns to control the body, mind and spirit. We learn to respect others and ourselves. It is a way of life.
